When people talk about marriage, I think the temple instantly.
People who are against marriage can find relief in the expression “no hay mal que dure 100 años”, a Spanish expression with a meaning like: nothing last forever. But for LDS members, this is not true.
LDS members believe in eternal families. We believe that it is possible to live with our spouse and children for eternity. This is possible through the sealing as marriage in the holy temple, and keeping the covenants that we do in this place.

Do we have adversity?
As any, Mormons have adversity in marriage. What is the difference? We give 100% of us to build a good relationship.
We experiment illness, natural disasters, death of relatives and friends, and others adversity, but we decide to use this not like excuse to weak marriage, but an opportunity to strengthen intimacy bonds.
We are aware that people is not perfect, even our spouses are not, we know their imperfections, and we know that our labor is not destroy their self-esteem, but help them to overcome gradually these imperfections, and we have the hope that after the second coming of Christ, these imperfections will disappear, and become perfect.
I like in the family a proclamation to the world a quote that say: “husband and wife have a solemn responsibility to love and care for each other and for their children.” Currently, selfishness is attacking this solemn declaration, putting in first place the person, and putting others members of the family in a second or third place. This behavior could destroy the family, and my faith focus in abandon this selfishness, and become humble.
